Rev. Mary Anne is a retired Unity minister living in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She is a speaker, writer, world traveler, and photographer. With humor and self-reflection, her messages often include stories of the road and the people she has met along the journey through life.
Throughout a lifetime of business ventures, which included a construction company for 30 years, establishing a vineyard and winery, a dealership selling motorcycles, snowmobiles, ATVs and RVs, and owning a heavy truck repair shop, my spiritual upbringing kept finding a way in, knocking on the door of my heart. The busy-ness of life helped me to ignore it, but the quiet voice never left. Eventually I learned to allow that quiet voice to be ever-present and co-exist with my life. When I am truly present, I can even manage to allow co-existing to meld into integration. There are not two things, there is only one.
Omar is the founder of CrashBell, a health education company focusing on human anatomy, medical soft-tissue treatment (massage), mental health, and emotional wellness. He had a sports rehab/medical massage therapy practice in New York City for more than 7 years, where he learned that tension was caused by stress and trapped emotions. From there, he created a kids’ anatomy and social-emotional learning curriculum teaching kids and teachers how to tune into their bodies and how they feel. As a meditation practitioner, he focuses on heart awareness and inner child connections. Helping people heal through their own inner wisdom and inner guidance.
